Refund & Return Policy
At FunkAi, every product is made just for you — printed on-demand with AI-generated art. Because of this unique model, we follow a limited return policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
As each item is custom-made after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
You received the wrong item. Your item arrived damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns for reasons like:
Change of mind. Choosing the wrong size. Minor color variation due to display settings or print alignment.
Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued:
If the product you received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. And if you contact us within 3 days of delivery. To process your request, email support@funkai.in with:
Your order number. Clear photos of the product. A short description of the issue
Once we verify the issue, we’ll offer you:
A full refund OR A free replacement (based on your preference)
Refunds (if approved) will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. After that, the order moves into production and cannot be changed or canceled.
To cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@funkai.in with your order number.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed:
Double-check your bank account. Contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@funkai.in
